I am the CEO of Nonentropic.  I have invented a method/process/device(s) which reduces the cost to produce desalinated seawater (through use of reverse osmosis filters) by 1/2 to 2/3.  This method requires no exotic materials, being constructed from off-the-shelf components.  I am attempting to raise enough money to operate the prototype for the required time and volume needed to win the Xprize competition for desalination.  ANY company, government entity or organization can afford to build and operate this device(s)/process.  This invention has multiple innovations not in practical use in any other reverse osmosis filter desalination facility location, and it has no negative impact on ecosystems.

     Due to proximity to solar, wind, wave and tide resources, it is entirely feasible to use only renewable energy sources to provide sufficient electricity for this reverse osmosis filter desalination method.
